Barefoot.ie is an Irish registered business and complies with Irish consumer law including the Distance Selling Regulations. This means that shopping with Barefoot.ie is safe. You won't get ripped off, you’ll get your order and we’ll sort out any problems you have.

Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched, up to 7 days from receipt. Our returns policy allows 14 days.

Pricing

Prices include VAT (Value Added Tax) at the standard Irish rate of 23%.

While we do our best to ensure prices are up to date and correct, errors may occur and in any such cases you will be contacted before your order is shipped.

Accuracy of information

We put a lot of time and effort into describing and photographing the products we sell using manufacturer's websites, catalogues, our own photography and often our own descriptions of the products. Although we aim that every picture and description is 100% accurate, mistakes do occur so let us know if you see or read something that isn’t correct. If you have purchased something based on a picture or description on the website which turns out to be incorrect we will be happy to replace or refund the product (unused). Occasionally pricing data, specifications or other details may show incorrect data, in any such cases you will be contacted before your order is shipped to rectify any issues.

Payment

Barefoot.ie accepts most major credit and debit cards for orders. You will be asked to enter your card details and the name and the address of the card holder when you place the order. These details will be checked and we may hold an order until we receive the correct details.

Payments are processed by PayPal a simple, quick and secure way of paying online. You do not need a PayPal account nor do you need to register at PayPal to purchase. For more details go to www.paypal.com

Competitions and Product Give-aways

Barefoot.ie may from time to time run competitions and product give away either direct or through a third party. Prizes are at the discretion of Barefoot.ie and may be publicised prior to the competition. Barefoot.ie cannot facilitate style and colour selections.

Prizes do not have a cash equivalent. Barefoot.ie will communicate with prize winners to identify required. Barefoot.ie cannot deliver prizes internationally.

Voucher and Coupon use

Voucher, gift certificate and coupon use are subject to a minimum order value of €50. They are non-transferable and non-refundable. They are valid for one year from date of issue unless otherwise specified. Coupon codes, voucher codes and gift certificate codes may be entered during the checkout process.
